Greetings! My name is Jorge Forero,, and I am a researcher and artist interested in technology and digital media.
I have a degree in Physics and a Master's in Arts from the University of Chile.
I worked for the Interactive Museum Mirador, developing content, training teachers, and programming interactive exhibitions.
Additionally, I co-founded EMOV (Education in Motion) and LUDIQUE (Interactive Communication).
I have also served as a teacher at various educational institutions, including Adolfo Ibañez University and the University of Chile.
I am completing my Ph.D. in the Faculty of Engineering at the University of Porto.
My research focuses on affective computing and the relationship between natural language, emotions, and virtual environment perception.
This "Emotional Machines," research is hosted by ITI-LARSyS and INESC TEC.
